Control Principle

When using APF/SVG, in order to prevent instantaneous impact of the grid on the DC bus capacitor, some measures need to be taken, such as charging the capacitor with a soft start resistor until the bus voltage reaches a predetermined value before closing the main contactor. This can effectively avoid problems such as capacitor damage caused by power grid shocks.
When APF/SVG starts working, the DC capacitor outputting energy to the external compensation current,as an energy storage device. Send the current signal to the signal conditioning circuit through an external CT, and then send it to the controller for processing. The controller decomposes the sampling current and extracts the components of each harmonic current, reactive current, and three-phase unbalanced current waiting for compensation.
