10 KV Arc Suppression Coil System

The NRXHXQ-10.5-1100/100-1000KVA arc suppression coil system is designed for 10 kV systems with a non-effectively earthed neutral. An earthing transformer provides the neutral point for the delta-connected system; a dry-type arc suppression coil compensates the capacitive earth-fault current of the network; and the NRXHXQKP control panel, built around the NRXHXQ-1-Z microprocessor controller, samples in real time and tunes automatically, keeping residual earth-fault current low. When a single-phase earth fault occurs, the arc self-extinguishes and the system can continue to operate with the fault present — fewer unplanned outages for substations, industrial plants and renewable-energy step-up substations.
