Installation and use of capacitor compensation cabinet
In order to improve the efficiency factor, capacitors are generally connected in parallel in the circuit for compensation. Most industrial and mining enterprises have large load fluctuations, and fixed or manually adjusted capacitor compensation methods may result in unreasonable and uneconomical operating conditions of "under compensation" or "over compensation", which cannot effectively improve the efficiency factor. The low capacitor automatic compensation screen overcomes the above shortcomings by using a power factor compensation automatic controller and compensation capacitors to sensitively detect changes in power factors in the power grid, and automatically put or cut off each group of compensation capacitors in sequence to ensure that the power factor remains stable.

The structure of the capacitor compensation cabinet is an open type, suitable for indoor off wall installation. The basic structure is welded with steel plates and angle steel. The screen is divided into an instrument panel and a door. The instrument panel is equipped with instruments, automatic controllers, control switches, and indicator lights. Opening the door allows for installation and maintenance. The upper part of the screen is equipped with knife switches, fuses, contactors, and discharge resistors, while the middle and lower parts are equipped with capacitors. Both the front and back of the screen can be repaired.

The installation, use, and maintenance of the capacitor compensation cabinet need to be carried out according to the following methods:

Firstly, the product is inspected and packaged before leaving the factory. In order to facilitate packaging and transportation, multiple parallel busbars and capacitors are packaged separately. When the product arrives at the destination, the packaging must be checked for completeness. If it is not installed and used immediately, the product should be stored in a dry and clean place.

Secondly, this product can be installed after unpacking. According to the drawings provided by the manufacturer, place the separately boxed busbars and capacitors. During installation, attention should be paid to checking whether the busbars, fuses, contactors, capacitors, and other screws are tightened; Check if the primary and secondary wires are properly connected; Capacitor grouping installation, the distance between adjacent capacitors should not be less than 50mm to maintain good ventilation.

Finally, the capacitor compensation cabinet is put into operation according to the operating procedures. Turn the power switch board of the performance factor compensation automatic controller to the off position, set the left and right knobs and switch board to the 0 position, and then turn the handle of the BJZ-3 conversion switch 1KK, 2KK, and 3KK to the left to 45 ℃ before closing the knife switch of 01 or 01A, 01B. Then turn the power switch board of the performance factor compensation automatic controller to the on position and turn the knob switch on the right to the automatic position; During operation, turn the left and right knobs of the compensation automatic controller to the hand cutting position. After all the electrical appliances on the screen are cut off, turn on the knife switch of 01 (01A, 01B). For detailed instructions, refer to the manual of the compensation automatic controller; If the compensation controller is disassembled for inspection, the handles of the conversion switches 1KK, 2KK, and 3KK can be turned to the 0 position to 45 ℃, 90 ℃, 135 ℃, and other positions according to the efficiency factor; During manual operation, the capacitor bank must not be reconnected within 1 minute after being disconnected from the network; The indicator lights on the panel are used to indicate the input of the capacitor bank and form a discharge circuit with the discharge resistor, which is used for the withdrawal and discharge of the capacitor; The voltmeter measures the bus voltage through the HK switch (BJZ-3-01B voltmeter is directly connected to the bus), the ammeter is used as a three-phase current indicator for capacitors, and the efficiency factor meter is used for network efficiency factor monitoring.
