Working principle

 

Principle: Through a closed-loop control system, the size of the DC current in the self coupling DC excitation winding is adjusted, and the inductance of the magnetic control reactor is smoothly changed, so that the inductance is automatically and steplessly reduced from large to small within a predetermined time, achieving soft starting of the motor. Composition: The product device consists of three parts:

A. High voltage working winding:

B. Self coupling DC excitation winding;

C. Secondary control circuit.

The working principle of self-excited magnetic control soft start is sufficient to change the magnitude of the DC current in the self coupling DC excitation winding by changing the magnitude of u in equation ①, in order to change the series connection to the motor

The winding impedance X of the sub circuit achieves the purpose of soft starting.

The size of the flow is achieved by changing the conduction angle of the thyristor in the secondary control circuit. The working process is as follows: before starting the motor, set the starting parameters through the human-machine interface and write the expected starting current into the magnetic controller. When starting the motor, a closed-loop transformer is used for sampling, and the magnetic controller compares the set current with the actual starting current to emit a trigger pulse. By adjusting the conduction angle of the thyristor, the impedance of the magnetic soft start device is controlled, thereby changing the terminal voltage of the motor and achieving constant current soft start of the motor. If the on-site working conditions change or the starting current is not ideal, simply reset the starting current value to achieve constant current soft start of the motor at the new set value.
