1. The material of the resistor cabinet body is imported aluminum zinc coated plate, stainless steel plate or cold-rolled steel plate, which has a beautiful appearance, strong corrosion resistance, and a protection level of up to IP56.
2. According to different usage conditions, resistance cabinets are divided into indoor and outdoor types. The incoming method can be either upper and lower, or lower and lower. When using upper and lower, the top of the cabinet is equipped with a through wall sleeve, and the bottom of the cabinet is equipped with a lifting rod for easy lifting.
3. The resistor material is made of alloy material.
Stainless steel or nickel chromium alloy materials result in high electrical resistivity, high temperature resistance, and a maximum operating temperature of 1570 ℃. They have a small temperature coefficient, stable resistance, corrosion resistance, flame and explosion resistance, and high reliability. According to different customer requirements, our company can use imported resistor materials from A8 Company in the UK, AVR, PGR Company in the US, or I-Gard Company in Canada for product production and manufacturing.
4. The NR-BNR neutral point grounding resistor cabinet is a standard product that can operate in parallel with resistors or reactances, providing convenience for the gradual expansion of the power grid and the requirement for the grounding resistance to gradually decrease.
When the transformer winding is connected in a triangular shape and requires the independent installation of a Z-type winding grounding transformer, the NR-BNR neutral point grounding resistor cabinet can be used in conjunction with it.
6. The traditional grounding resistor cabinet for intelligent control is only a pure hardware protection device. Our company has added an intelligent control part to the resistor cabinet developed according to market requirements. The hardware of the controller is based on an industrial grade single-chip computer, and the software is programmed using a mixture of C language and assembly language. The display part is a large screen LCD Chinese character. When the intelligent controller is normal, it can monitor the unbalanced current of the neutral point, the temperature of the resistor pieces, and the temperature of the resistor cabinet. When there is a single-phase grounding fault, it can record the current size of the grounding line, grounding time, temperature changes of the resistor pieces and the resistor cabinet, and the number of grounding actions, and reserve a communication interface. The detected and recorded information can be transmitted to the main control room, so that the operating personnel can obtain complete relevant information in the first time.
