This method uses a series connection of inductance and capacitance to adjust the reactance to compensate for reactive power losses. From a theoretical analysis, this method has a fast response speed and can achieve zero reactive power loss when used in a closed loop, achieving zero error adjustment. In terms of component selection, one set of capacitors can be selected based on the compensation amount, without the need to divide into multiple channels. Since there are so many advantages, it should be an ideal compensation device. However, due to the large required inductance value and the need to adjust within a large dynamic range, the volume is relatively large and the price is higher. In addition, due to some technical reasons, this technology has not yet been widely adopted or has few users.
