Overview
The ZRTBBZW column mounted outdoor line reactive power compensation complete set device (hereinafter referred to as the device) is suitable for rated voltage 10kV or 6kV high-voltage distribution lines, used to improve power factor, reduce circuit losses, and improve voltage quality.
This device is equipped with a fully domesticated parallel outdoor dedicated vacuum contactor (with a built-in current transformer), which controls the electric warfare voltage, oxidation current transformer, sight quick break device, pancreatic automatic controller, outdoor high-voltage current transformer, and installation hardware. Fully equipped, easy to install.
Reactive power compensation devices This device can automatically switch parallel capacitors based on the actual needs of the circuit, which are pre-set by the user and controlled by a microcomputer to achieve the power factor of the circuit within the predetermined range. It also has protection functions such as short circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, loss of voltage, prevention of capacitor charging closing, phase loss, and self diagnosis interruption. Moreover, various parameters can be changed at any time.
The outdoor high-voltage vacuum AC contactor used in this device is a specialized switch developed by our company for switching high-voltage parallel capacitor banks. It can absolutely ensure that there is no bouncing of the closing and closing switches, and that the opening and closing switches do not ignite, with an electrical and mechanical lifespan of over 300000 times.

Environmental conditions for use
1. Surrounding air temperature: upper limit+45 * 0, lower limit -40t;
2. Altitude: not higher than 2000m;
3. Sunlight: amplitude (maximum) is 0.1W/cm2;
4. Wind speed: not exceeding 35m/s;
5. The ground leg intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees;
6. Chemical conditions: The installation site has no harmful gases and vapors, and no conductive or explosive dust;
7. Anti pollution ability: External insulation with a specific distance greater than 2.5cm/kV

2. Maximum operating voltage: 6.6kV, 11 kV;
3. Rated frequency: 50Hz;
4. Neutral grounding method: Non effective grounding or neutral insulation;
