Overview

The ZRTBBZ outdoor frame type automatic reactive power compensation complete set device is apply for reactive power compensation installed in 10kV or 6kV side of substation or industrial and mining enterprises, can reduce energy loss,improve the power factor,power supply quality and increase the output of the main transformer efficiently.

The device is installed outdoors, is composed of isolating switch, dedicated vacuum contactor for switching and switching shunt capacitor bank, lightning arrester, high voltage shunt capacitor, series reactor, discharge coil, installation frame, fittings, bus bar,spray type fuse, reactive compensation automatic control protection device, safety fence and so on.

The device is controlled by microcomputer controller and automatically switched on and off by vacuum contactor according to the system load, and divided into several capacitor banks, to realize automatic compensation of reactive power. Equipped with various complete protection functions ,such as open triangle unbalance voltage,short circuit, over current, over voltage, single capacitor failure, under voltage and loss of voltage and so on.

1. Ambient air temperature: -40℃-+45.

2. Altitude: not higher than 2000m.

3. Sunshine: amplitude (maximum) 0.1W/cm2.

4. Wind speed: no more than 35m/s.

5. earthquake: intensity does not exceed 8 degrees.

6. Installation site conditions: no violent mechanical vibration; No harmful gas and steam; No electrical conductivity or explosive dust. Note: products with plateau type and special environment requirements can be negotiated separately
