Overview
ZRTBBZ type high voltage shunt capacitor device is mainly cabinet structure or frame structure.
For cabinet type structure: many cabinets assemble in turn. The cabinet uses superior quality cold rolled steel plate bending welding or aluminum zinc plate bending assembling. Front and rear have single or double doors. Top, bottom and side sealing plates have a ventilation and heat dissipation windows. On the upper part of the cabinet body an instrument room is arranged to arrange the relay protection device of the unit cabinet.
For frame structure: by the arrester bracket, line isolation switch gantry frame, series reactor composition, capacitor bank frame, the whole device periphery using steel mesh fence.
The device has a high degree automation , can combine with the substation integrated automatic monitoring device to achieve the reactive power compensation of unattended substation, and has high reliability. This device is primarily based on single and parallel capacitor components, equipped with a single capacitor protection fuse, discharge coil, zinc oxide arrester, and CKS mouth dry series reactor (reactor can be used as an isolation device). It also uses reliable vacuum contactors, vacuum breakers, or sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers without updating and bouncing, as automatic cutting devices for parallel capacitor groups. The busbar connection is made of tin-plated copper bars, and its appearance and structure are displayed with pride.
