1. Manual and automatic capacitor switching function
This device can operate in manual mode without capacity adjustment, and is manually controlled by the control panel. The operation status of the capacitor bank can be viewed through the LCD screen, and manual closing and opening can be performed. In automatic mode, a real-time operating condition control strategy can be developed based on the real-time monitoring of load operation, which has the characteristic of high compensation accuracy.
2. Reactive Power Compensation Control
①According to the current operating mode of the load and real-time monitoring data, automatically switch the capacitor bank, control the power factor within a reasonable range, and control the system voltage within the allowable range to achieve maximum voltage optimization.
②When the 0.4kV bus is powered off, the capacitor can be automatically shut down, and after a power outage, the capacitor bank can be automatically put into operation as needed.
③When there is a fault or abnormal voltage in the power system, the capacitor bank can be locked.
3. Protection functions
①Real time monitoring of the operation of capacitor banks in the busbar, and equipped with protection and alarm functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, and harmonic protection for the busbar.
②The fixed values of each parameter can be modified and viewed on the displayed screen.
