In the control circuit of this series of control cabinets (boxes), there are both automatic and manual controls, as well as overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss protection, and accident alarm functions. Before using this product, the wiring must be reviewed according to the electrical schematic, and the corresponding component settings must be adjusted according to the actual requirements of the motor before starting.
1. Automatic operation: Connect the power supply, the power indicator light is on, turn the transfer switch to the "automatic" position, and check whether the motor controlled by the control cabinet (box) operates according to the instructions of the liquid level controller. When the liquid level reaches the control level, the corresponding liquid level indicator light will light up, the normally open contact of the corresponding limit control relay will automatically close, the secondary control circuit will automatically connect, the motor will start, and the running indicator light will light up at the same time. When the water level reaches the stop water level, the corresponding indicator light will light up, the normally closed contact of the limit control relay of the liquid level measuring and controlling instrument will open, the secondary control circuit will open, the motor will stop working, and the running indicator light will turn off.
2. Manual operation: Connect the power supply, the power indicator light is on, turn the switch to the "manual" position, press the start button, the motor starts running, the running indicator light is on, press the "stop" button, the motor stops running, and its running indicator light is off.
3. No matter what control method is used, when the limit water level is reached, the signal contact for exceeding the limit water level is connected, the secondary control circuit loses power, the motor stops running, and an audible and visual distress signal is emitted. If an accident occurs during the operation of the motor, the accident indicator light will light up and the electric bell will automatically report distress. At this time, press the stop button to force the motor to stop working.
