Environmental conditions for use

 

1. Installation Environment: Outdoor or indoor.

2. Altitude: not exceeding 1000 meters.

3. Environmental temperature: -40r -+45r,

4. Relative humidity: monthly average not exceeding 85% 

5. Anti pollution ability: The external insulation creepage distance should not be less than 25mm/Kv (relative to the highest operating voltage of the system) °. For heavily polluted areas, the creepage distance should be appropriately increased.

6. The installation site is free of corrosive gases and vapors, as well as conductive and explosive dust.

7. There should be no severe mechanical vibration at the installation site.

8. The maximum wind speed shall not exceed 35 meters per second.

9. The network or bus voltage power supply side connected to the installation site should have no significant waveform distortion, and should not be affected by high-order harmonic sources. The voltage waveform distortion rate and harmonic overvoltage should be less than the provisions of GB3983.

 

Main technical performance indicators

 

1. Capacitance deviation

The difference between the actual capacitance of the device and the rated capacitance is within the range of 0 to+5% of the rated capacitance.The ratio of the maximum to minimum capacitance between any two line terminals of the device shall not exceed 1.02

2. Inductance deviation

At rated current, the allowable deviation of its reactance value is 0~+5%.

The reactance value of each phase shall not exceed ± 2% of the average value of the three phases.

Steady state overvoltage

Steady state overcurrent: capable of long-term operation with a root mean square value not exceeding 1.1 x 1.3 inches.

When switching capacitors with non heavy breakdown switches, there may be a transition overvoltage with the first peak value not exceeding 2V2 times the applied voltage (root mean square value) and a duration not exceeding 1/2 cycle. The corresponding peak value of transient overcurrent may reach 100IN, in which case 1000 operations per year are allowed.

Maximum allowable capacity: Within the limits of 541 and 5.4.2, the total capacity shall not exceed 1.35QN.

5. Discharge performance: After 5 seconds of power outage, the voltage on each group of capacitors is less than 50V.

6. The assembled capacitors used in the complete set of equipment have internal fuses as internal fault protection components.

7. The complete set of equipment is equipped with an external capacitor discharge circuit, and the external voltage protection secondary circuit is formed by the discharge device.
