1 Overview
NRYTQDG Series liquid resistance starter (hereinafter referred to as the starter) is to improve the starting performance of large and medium-sized winding wire type asynchronous motor and developed new starter, overcome the frequency sensitive resistance starter impact current, difficult to start and operation, suitable for building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining and other industrial sectors of ball mill, air compressor, crusher, large fan, large water pump motor heavy start, is the ideal replacement of frequency sensitive starter and metal resistance starter products.

3 Operational condition
The upper limit of the ambient temperature shall not exceed 50℃, and the lower limit shall not be lower than-5℃;
The relative humidity shall not exceed 85%; the sea height shall not exceed 2000M;
Should be placed indoors without violent vibration and impact and the vertical inclination is not more than 5, no fire and explosion risk occasions;
No conductive dust and corrosive gases are allowed;
The power supply adopts three-phase four-wire 380 / 2202 V 20 A, and the voltage fluctuation must be within the range of ± 15% of the rated voltage.
Note: 1) When the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃ for a long time, a heater should be installed, and the user should explain it when ordering.
2) When the power supply voltage level is special, it should be redesigned, and the user should explain it when ordering.

4.1 The significance of the auxiliary code name:

Auxiliary codes can be used in combination. Only the 0.2-0.4 series can be equipped with a low-voltage motor primary circuit. When the ambient temperature is below 0℃ for a long time, the power distribution and heating function is required. The PLC can be selected according to the needs.
5 Product characteristics
5.1 Basic Principles
Through the mechanical drive device, the distance between the two parallel plates in the conductive liquid is gradually reduced to zero, so that the resistance value in the rotor circuit of the string motor is gradually smoothed from the maximum to zero, so that the motor speed is gradually smoothed to the rated speed. Thus realize the winding large-and medium-sized motor.
5.2 Technical feature
5.2.1 The starting current is small and constant, with no impact on the power grid; the starting current is not greater than 1.3 times of the rated current, which can reduce the requirements of the transformer capacity and reduce one-time investment;
5.2.2 Smooth start, reduce the impact on mechanical equipment, can extend the life of mechanical equipment and motor by about 30%;
5.2.3 Large heat capacity, can continuously start for 5~10 times;
5.2.4 Low voltage can still be started, as long as the power grid voltage can ensure the normal operation of the motor, it can ensure the smooth start;
5.2.5 Simple structure, easy maintenance, reliability is better than frequency-sensitive, oil-immersed rheostat.
