Three-Cabinet 11kV Compensation Bank
Three ZRTBBZ-11-120/40kvar-AK/P6 cabinets (1AH / 2AH / 3AH) in a parallel lineup - 120 kvar total in
three 40 kvar steps, mounted on a common steel base frame with front access doors, controllers and status
indication on each panel.
Inside the Main Cabinet - Switchgear, Control & Capacitor Stack
Front door open: visible-break disconnect switch, current transformers, controller and secondary wiring in
the upper compartment; the compensated capacitor/reactor stack with insulated phase connections sits in
the lower compartment.
Rear Compartment - Busbar, Insulators & Earthing
Rear view showing the copper busbar run carried on post insulators, bolted joints, earthed copper bar and
the compensation units at the base, wired with flexible copper shunts for reliable contact.
Detail - Copper Busbar & Insulator Assembly
Colour-coded copper busbars (yellow / green / red phase identification) with bolted laminated joints on
epoxy post insulators, minimising contact resistance and keeping phase clearance stable under load.
Detail - Dry-Type Iron-Core Reactor
Dry-type iron-core reactor with GFRP tie rods, nameplate and high-voltage warning labels - series-connected
with the capacitor branch to suppress inrush and detune harmonics.

Porcelain post insulators, fuse links and flexible phase connections between busbar and compensation
branch - full isolation, replaceable fuses and short, direct current paths.
